Mark Esho’s encouragement to other employers is to be open-minded and not to be afraid, as there are many forms of grants and support available for employers. The Small Business Recruitment Service will provide guidance for employers on the recruitment of disabled people, particularly on initiatives such as the Work Choice programme.
The New Enterprise Allowance aims to help disabled people who want to start their own business.
